Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of our liquidation event, all sales are final and we can only offer returns or exchanges for items that arrive damaged or defective. Please ensure you review our sizing guides carefully before completing your purchase as we cannot accept returns for incorrect sizing.

Return Process

    Contact Support

    Email our customer service team within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the damaged or defective merchandise.

  • 2.
    Receive Authorization

    Once your claim is reviewed, our team will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and provide a prepaid shipping label if the claim is approved.

  • 3.
    Package the Item

    Securely pack the item in its original packaging with all tags attached and include a copy of your RMA form inside the box.

  • 4.
    Processing and Refund

    After we receive and inspect the returned item, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
